According to L'Equipe, the French Club Financial Control Committee (DNCG) announced the annual financial reviews of eight clubs from Ligue 1 to France D. Three Ligue 1 clubs, Paris Saint-Germain, Auxerre and Strasbourg, successfully passed the review. In addition, Ligue 2's Guingamp and Laval also passed the review. However, the other two Ligue 2 clubs face more problems. Bastia has been asked to provide supplementary information and its final decision will be announced on December 2. Boulogne-sur-Mer will be subject to wage and transfer fee restrictions. Likewise, a similar decision was made to Concanyu in Farding.
