Today, the Heat officially announced that the team has waived Achiuwa, Baez Mben, Dane Danja and Ethan Thompson. The Heat suffered a 6-game losing streak in the preseason and failed to win a game. This is one of only two preseason losses in the Heat's 38-season history - the other was 0-7 in 2007, and that season the team ended the regular season with a dismal record of 15-67.
