The Sun reports Sesco s daily recipes: protein, carbohydrates and lots of fruits and vegetables

British media The Sun reported that as Manchester United and Newcastle competed to sign Sesco, Leipzig revealed the players' daily recipes.

According to an article on player nutrition on Leipzig's official website, Cesco's typical daily menu focuses on healthy protein (in the form of chicken, fish and dairy), healthy carbs, and a lot of fruits and vegetables.

His breakfast consists of four fried eggs, berry yogurt, muesli and freshly squeezed juice. For lunch, Sesco had chicken, rice and mixed vegetables (including carrots and broccoli), served with two slices of bread, followed by a fruit salad made of mango, watermelon and pineapple.

After the second training session of the day, Sesco will add a cup of protein shake, several energy balls and a muesli energy ball.

For dinner, Cesco had salmon with mashed potatoes and a tomato and cucumber salad. He will also end the day with more muesli and add some quark cheese, cashews, kiwis and blueberries.

Manchester United has taken a step ahead of Newcastle in the competition for Cesco. Manchester United's offer for £74 million is higher than Newcastle's £70 million, which Leipzig has not accepted yet.

It is understood that Cesco prefers to transfer to Manchester United rather than Newcastle.
