Photo: Musiara no longer needs crutches or wearing special boots, the next step is outdoor running training

German media Biography reported that Bayern star Musiara appeared to watch the team's joint training on Thursday. He no longer needs to use auxiliary devices. The next recovery plan will be to return to the outdoor venue to run.

When Bayern's teammates were having their last pre-match training at noon Thursday, Biography photographed Musiara on the side of the training ground of Sebena Street: he appeared before training in slippers, joked with his teammates, and was in a very good mood. He talked with head coach Kompany for nearly five minutes before training began.

Specially: Musiara publicly showed his leg that had undergone surgery for the first time. Two and a half months have passed after the shocking injury he suffered during the Club World Cup against Paris on July 5 (a fibula fracture and multiple ligament injuries to his left ankle), and the German international now no longer needs to use crutches, wear special boots, or wear trousers. And from a distance, there was no obvious scar on his wounds.

Two days after returning from the United States, Musiara performed surgery by an ankle specialist at the Murnau Trauma Hospital. The attacker has been working hard to make a comeback on the training ground since the operation was successfully completed. After receiving physical therapy (including physical therapy, lymphatic drainage), he was able to practice in the strength room wearing special boots.

At the end of July, Musiara appeared on the side of the training ground to watch: he was still on a cane. Currently, he sits in a power car in a rehabilitation center for training most of the time. So far, Musiara's rehabilitation training has been performed mainly with his friend Alfonso Davis (a torn cruciate ligament with cartilage injury on the right knee). The left-back has been training on the grass for eight weeks under the rehabilitation coach.

Musiara's next important rehabilitation step is also planning to go back outdoors for running training. After that serious injury, his comeback time was once conceived as November, but it is still uncertain whether it can be achieved on time. He should not be put into any pressure during the recovery process, but according to the news from "Photo", his recovery progress is completely in line with the plan.

Musiara himself recently said in an interview with Bild, "I will give myself time and don't want to give an exact date. But based on my current progress, I will say: I hope to play an official game for Bayern Munich in 2025."
