Clement believes that this quick-witted approach will ruin many geniuses: "You found a very outstanding young man who performed amazingly in the youth team, so you promoted him and he was injured. If he couldn't recover, he would be abandoned and replaced with another younger person. This is the status quo."

In addition, Clement also commented on Alonso's work at Real Madrid, praising the team he led for being united and full of fighting spirit. As for Atletico Madrid, he believes that despite its strong lineup, his performance is unstable, sometimes outstanding, and sometimes unsatisfactory.
