MiTi: Internet celebrity leaked Allegri’s phone number, Uncle Jon couldn’t bear the harassment, changed his number and sued him
According to "Gazzetta dello Sport", Allegri's phone number was leaked and he was harassed. He is currently suing the internet celebrity who leaked his phone number. This Internet celebrity is named Andrea Dupre. During a live webcast in July 2023, he pretended to be a lawyer of the Fiorentina Club and called Allegri, the then Juventus coach, and said on the phone: "Buy Lukaku, sell Vlahovic." In order to tease Allegri. But during that live broadcast, Allegri's phone number dialed by Andrea Dupre was also photographed for a few seconds and was seen by all netizens watching the live broadcast. After that, thousands of people started calling or sending text messages to Allegri, and Allegri couldn't bear the harassment and eventually had to change his phone number. Allegri then accused Andrea Dupre of violating his privacy, believing that he deliberately disclosed his phone number during the live broadcast, rather than being negligent. The Turin prosecutor's office believed that Andrea Dupre had benefited from the leak of the phone number and caused harm to Allegri, so it decided to prosecute. Marica Piccoli, Andrea Dupre's lawyer, said that this was just a joke. The client did not notice that the phone number was photographed and leaked, and immediately apologized for it afterwards. However, "Gazzetta dello Sport" pointed out that Andrea Dupre's initial statement on social media was: "Juventus has stolen so much from Florence, and you still want to sue me now?" However, it was only after Allegri hired a lawyer to sue that Andrea Dupre became worried and stated Du softened and said: "They were very strict. I didn't mean any harm, the video was just a joke. Since he left Juventus, I admire him very much." On Thursday, local time, the Turin court held the first hearing of this case, and the case may be heard on January 26 next year. But before that, the two sides can still reach an out-of-court settlement. Andrea Dupre has expressed his willingness to pay compensation, and if negotiations go well, Allegri can drop the lawsuit or withdraw the accusation.
