Chiellini's name does not appear on the list of candidates for Juventus' new board of directors, but this is by no means a demotion. Instead, it indicates that he will shift to a more practical and football-focused core role in the club's transformation structure.

The former captain and current director of football strategy will be more deeply involved in the Bianconeri's technical and institutional core affairs in the future, rather than being limited to bureaucratic board affairs.
