Early in the morning of the same day, the defendant hung a doll wearing a Vinicius jersey on a bridge near the training city of Valdebebas, accompanied by a banner with the words "Madrid hated Real Madrid." judgment sentenced one of the perpetrators to 15 months in prison for hate crimes (Article 510 of the Criminal Code) and added another seven months for threatening crimes for spreading images of the behavior on the Internet and expanding the impact. The other three defendants were each sentenced to a seven-month hate crime sentence and a seven-month threat crime sentence.

In addition, the first defendant was fined 1,084 euros (calculated at 4 euros per day for 9 months and 1 day), and the other three were fined 720 euros (calculated at 4 euros per day for 6 months), as well as the following additional measures: a stay away order and prohibition of teaching in the field of sports.
