Worthy: Ayton needs to be fierce like a hound. Kobe can help him if he is by his side.

Today's Lakers Celebrity James Worthy talked about Ayton on the podcast "The Mason & Ireland Show".

"When it comes to Ayton, players generally reach their peak at a certain age. I think he knows that it's time for him, and if he doesn't work hard, he will go downhill." Worthy said.

"I like Ayton, don't get me wrong. I like his potential. I've seen some of his wonderful performances, such as his shots are actually good. But sometimes you have to make him a little gunpowder, just like my grandfather often said, 'Put a little gunpowder into the gun'. You want him to be fierce, like a hunting dog. I hope Kobe can be his teammate around him so that it can help him," Worthy added.
