Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young liked an AI photo of himself wearing a Celtic jersey on social media, which sparked heated discussion.

Trey Young is reportedly disappointed that the Hawks have not yet provided the maximum salary contract he expected. He has two years left on his contract, of which the salary is about $46 million in the 2025-26 season, and the 2026-27 season is a player option worth $48.97 million. According to the labor-management agreement, Trae Young is eligible to sign a four-year, $229 million max salary contract from July 7.

The Boston Celtics have been working hard to clear cap space this offseason, and they traded Porzingis and Ju Holiday.
