Curry talks about Richard: His joining makes us younger, but his way of playing is very mature

The Warriors narrowly defeated the Nuggets 137-131 in overtime at home. After the game, Curry accepted an interview and talked about the performance of rookie Will Richard.

" Winning players are special at any level, and there's a reason why he's a champion at Florida," Curry said. "He played high-intensity games in college, which is valuable. His addition makes us younger, but he has a mature way of playing, he doesn't have stage fright, the spotlight is not blinding to him, and he knows he still has a lot of room to grow here tonight. He was very present - that dunk, that small ball push, the three-pointer, plus his rebounds and shouts - these can boost the morale of the whole team. It's really special to see him perform like this in the preseason and these two games."
