There is still time! Sky: The Premier League has 2 hours of grace to complete the transfer

The Premier League transfer window has been closed, but Sky Sports points out that as long as you can submit the transaction order 2 hours before closing the window and get passed, you can get an additional two hours of grace time.

The media joked: It is time to explain once again how the club can still sign after the transfer window is closed... The transaction order is that clubs that require extra time to complete the transfer can apply for grace to the Premier League.

rules stipulate that

clubs can only apply for transaction orders within the last 2 hours before the transfer window is closed (i.e. 17:00 to 19:00 local time today).

Application must indicate that the club is committed to completing the transfer.

must include the signatures of all relevant parties to prove that all parties are willing to enter into the transaction.

If the above conditions are met, the club will receive an additional two hours to submit the final transaction documents in full and deliver all the materials to the Premier League for filing.
