Manchester United interested in Bellingham? Bild: Dortmund wants to train him, but won’t sell him even if the price is high
There is news that Manchester United intends to loan Bellingham Jr. in the winter window, but the player himself has rejected it. "Bild" refuted the rumor. New aid Job Bellingham (20 years old) is still the focus of Dortmund's current troubles. This player's name has become a topic of continued discussion in Dortmund... Dortmund introduced Job Bellingham (20 years old) from British Championship champion Sunderland this summer for 30.5 million euros. However, Dortmund's ace signing has not met expectations so far: he has only played 413 minutes in 12 official games in the new season, has not locked in the main position, scored zero goals, and only contributed 2 assists in the Champions League. In recent weeks, rumors have continued to circulate in European football that the midfielder may return to England early. Now there are new developments in the race for Bellingham as the main suitor. "Bild" exclusively learned about the attitude of Dortmund's top management on this matter. According to British media reports such as "Daily Express" and "Mirror", Manchester United is paying close attention to the younger brother of Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham (22 years old). It is reported that the Premier League giant is continuing to monitor Bellingham's situation in Dortmund and is preparing for a loan in the winter window. Manchester United regards him as a potential successor to Casemiro (33 years old). Manuel Ugarte (24 years old), who competes with the Brazilian midfielder for the position, is not the first choice of coach Ruben Amorim (40 years old). Bellingham Jr. is more in line with the Portuguese coach's tactical needs. But will Dortmund’s management really let go of this new ace player? Absolutely impossible! According to information obtained by "Bild", despite Bellingham's adaptation difficulties, sports president Lars Riken (49 years old) and sports director Sebastian Kehl (45 years old) completely ruled out the possibility of his early transfer. Bellingham's contract with Dortmund lasts until 2030, and the club plans to spend several years developing him into a core player. Ricken made it clear in a recent interview with Bild: "Our plans are not limited to a single game. He signed a long-term contract, and we are very happy that he has become a member of the Dortmund family." This means: England's suitors, including Manchester United and Crystal Palace, currently have no chance of winning in the battle for Bellingham. Even if an offer exceeds expectations, Dortmund's management will never waver.
