L Equipe: Douai does not need surgery and may be out for about 7 weeks
According to L'Equipe, Paris Saint-Germain forward Douai does not require surgery and may be out for about 7 weeks. On October 29, local time in France, Douai was injured in Paris Saint-Germain’s match against Lorient. Paris Saint-Germain released a brief statement at noon on Thursday saying that Douai had injured his right thigh and would be out for several weeks. The statement does not specify the grade of Douai muscle injury (Grade 0-4). Sources from within the Paris Saint-Germain club say that his absence may be similar to Dembélé's previous injury, which is about 7 weeks. This means that Douai is not expected to return to training until early 2026, and PSG will face the prospect of being without Douai for at least three Champions League games.
