Which player do you admire?

Turam, I think he is very outstanding. Overall, this team seems to be able to compete all the way. But it will take more time to fight for lofty goals, at least those goals that Turin has always had.

But don't you think the lineup is a bit thin, especially in the midfield?

If considering that Juventus has to fight on multiple fronts, then yes, I feel that way. It is appropriate to have some substitutes, and having alternatives is crucial because energy is limited.

Is this a management issue for you?

The Champions League will consume a lot of resources, both mentally and physically. Then every locker room needs to be managed, and at Juventus we have worked with 30 players who have reached a certain level.

Speaking of this, what memories do you have about that experience?

Many people will hide behind the numbers, but with those guys, it is important to have empathy and strive to achieve some achievements on the court. We try to pass on something, hoping to elicit a reaction. It was a top-notch environment with extraordinary players.

Dealing with these players can help you learn a lot, because it is really easy to work with them. They have the DNA of great champions. Really, it's all extraordinary memories. It was no accident that we won the league title, it was the last one so far.

Millinkovic is once again the target of Juventus, you have coached him at Lazio.

He is a decent and decent young man. He understands the ball and has offensive talent, but he does not reject defense. He has a grand body structure and a unique quality that when you are most unintentional, he will work hard to create something for the team.

If I have a way or a chance, I would advise him not to go to Saudi Arabia. But these are very private situations, and it is difficult for others to intervene. In any case, he has strength, ability, and strong motivation. He realized when he took this step that he would return to Europe later.

How will he fit into Juventus' midfield?

He can kick the back midfielder or both front midfielders. He knows how to best use the space, and he can really do whatever he wants.
